What is with the mayonnaise obsession!!! Chileans consume an insane amount of mayo. You cannot get a sandwich around here without a giant glob of it. Whether you have a Completo or Italiano, it will be "con mayo". The Completo is a hot dog with chopped tomatoes, sauerkraut, and mayo and the Italiano comes with chopped tomatoes, mashed avacado and MAYO!! For about $3.50 you can get two Completos and your choice of pop, tea or a beer. Ramanan gets his "con" and mine is "sin", but I dig the fact that you can get tea everywhere!
