Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay, is a beautiful little city with cobble stone streets and colonial buildings. It was a nice quiet town to take a break in for a day, eat some good food, and then catch the ferry back to Buenos Aires. There isn't much happening here in August but I feel like it's always like that. We just spent a day walking around the cobbled stone streets of the historical district. Checked out the marina and oddly well preserved antic cars scattered through out the city, some still seem functional and some have been turned into art..
